We are a company dedicated to the production of finished products derived from Organic Dominican cocoa. In 2012, a family that has been devoted to the manufacturing of chocolate and confectionary in Venezuela for more than three generations founded Khao Caribe.
We have combined all the teachings of our ancestors along with the highest quality cocoa in the Dominican Republic to produce finished products that are a perfect balance of raw material, flavor, texture and aroma.
At Khao Caribe we are proud to be a company that offers ‘Tree to Bar’ chocolate. The advantage of creating our products on the same land that the cocoa is grown, is that it allows us to personally care for our trees, the fermentation and drying process to ensure that each harvest produces the best fruit possible.
